Mangadeep Yerramsetti
Mangadeep is the Director and Head of Operations at TYBR. She oversees the day-to-day functioning of the business and plays a key role in exploring and integrating new technologies to make internal processes more efficient and scalable. Her focus is on creating a smooth, structured experience for students and parents while ensuring the team operates with consistency and clarity. Her goal is to transform TYBR into a tech-enabled, student-first consultancy that is recognised for its transparency and efficiency.
Education and Professional Background
Mangadeep holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science Engineering from VR Siddhartha Engineering College, under Nagarjuna University, Vijayawada.
She spent nearly 12 years at SMSCountry Networks Pvt. Ltd., where she held multiple leadership roles including Product Manager and Director. During this time, she worked across product development, customer experience, operations, and social media marketing, gaining extensive experience in building and scaling products as well as managing teams and systems effectively. She also introduced key internal processes such as attendance tracking, which improved efficiency across the organisation.
For the past 9 years, Mangadeep has been the Director at Ubergrad, a consultancy focused on helping students pursue their Master’s abroad. Here, she has played a pivotal role in operations and product development— leading the development of a B2B product to provide software solutions for associates, and building systems to streamline day-to-day reporting and lead management.
Why Study Abroad?
Mangadeep’s entry into the study abroad space stems from a firm belief in the transformative power of education and international exposure. She sees overseas education not just as a path to academic achievement, but as a way to expand one’s worldview, build tolerance, and gain a deeper understanding of different cultures.
However, she also believes that the current study abroad process is unnecessarily complicated, plagued by a lack of accurate information, conflicting interests, and avoidable stress for students and parents. Her mission at TYBR is to simplify the experience, eliminate ambiguity, and ensure that deserving students can access world-class universities without having to navigate a maze of misinformation.
Personal Interests
Outside of work, Mangadeep enjoys playing chess, solving Sudoku puzzles, listening to Indian mythology, and following the latest in health and wellness. She’s a strong advocate for balance and consistency in everyday life, especially when it comes to diet and exercise. Whether it’s through podcasts, research, or trial and error, she’s always looking for practical ways to improve physical and mental well-being, and encourages those around her to do the same.
